On our flight EKE 056 from Duesseldorf to Dubai (SEATS 10 D & E ) on May 5th
My Kindle reader was left in the seat pocketEd loss was instantly reportedly your
Business Class Lounge Counter. Somehow the Ladies on duty did not pay much
Attention just stating that the aircraft wasvparket off side and nobody can be reached.
Our flight continued with EK 414 to Sydney, again in Business Class. I again spoke at lengths to the Stewardess serving us explaining again the entire situation plus giving all details as well as my email. The Lady was very understanding and put me at peace rest assure that the Kindle would be returned as security was on the aircraft while it is seeing cleaned.
However, no word till today and I assume the Kindle is now a stolen item, since my credit card was linked to my account I now cancelled my Plat.Master Card as good measure.
Can you please let me have your response soonest.
Our next booked flight is May 31 from Melbourne to Dubai, it would be nice to receive my Kindle E-Reader at this time.
