Have tried many times calling your airlines. It is disgusting to note that nobody picks up the phone. It keeps on ringing. Specially the bur Dubai branch. Either the number is wrong or the airlines have enough business.
This was my third season experience. Hence switched over to jet.

It is ofcourse disgusting not to answer the main landline of any company and being established as an international airline you should improve your standard, as ADMIN you cannot give an IRRESPONSIBLE answer saying “we are not responsible” if you canot handle the rush,close down the business and say quit. This shall be taken up with GULF NEWS and other media regarding the response your admin has given in this column.
